Problems with Automated Monitoring SAP GRC PC 10.0

We are using the Automated Monitoring in GRC Process Control 10.0 to configure a job for SAP standard control and have a problem with the job scheduler. We perform the search for control selection in the step 3(Select Control) and this display the warning message “There is no data matching the selection criteria, please refer to help”.

The scenario created is follows:

Business rule (Configurable Type) was created with valid date of 01.01.2013 to 31.12.999

In the Activities and Processes section, process and subprocess was created. Later the corresponding control was created. This control has a regulation, risk and control objective assigned.

Hi

Simple check is to also make sure the Control testing attribute is set to Automated/Semi-Automated in the Business Processes under Master Data.

If your dates line up and everything is consistent then maybe it is the Automated testing setting.

The frecuency is monthly and the period 2014.

I tried this on 10.1 and was able to pull up a control. try creating a new control, assign it to the sub process and organization with dates expiring 12.31.9999, make sure the control is only assigned to one specific business rule.

There could be different reasons related to this error.

Please have a look at the SAP Note 1655474 .

May be it helps in solving the error.

the control effective date needs to be 12.31.9999 check the dates on your controls associated with that specific rule.
