Hi Friends,
We are facing an issue related to memory when running multiple Webi reports created on HANA information models.
Following is the error message:
Database error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [2048]: column store
error: search table error:[9]Memory allocation failed.
(IES 10901) (WIS 10901)
When the report is run individually or two reports at a time they are running fine and each report execution time is within 2 minutes.
But if 4 reports or more reports are running or when multiple users are trying to access the reports at same time, it is throwing the error of memory allocation failed.
Kindly guide me if anyone has faced the similar scenario before.
Thanks in advance!!
Regards,
K Harish Kumar
You may want to check how large the intermediate results are that get created during the execution of your report.
If these force required columns to unload, out of memory errors can occur when other sessions want to execute the same report.
Quite often the sizing went wrong here and more than the 50% of RAM are used for static data.

Welcome to HANA world
This is out of memory error (OOM),
in sps 8 you can limit sql statement memory consumption
