Audit trail in Access Request

Former Member

Hi Experts,

Audit trail of access request is more technical and it is taking all the technical names of the path/agents/route. Is there any functionality in GRC to modify the audit trail where it shows correct/meaningful information (Currently contains a more technical name.

Thanks,

Sriram

Dear Sriram,

what do you want to see? To track an access request you can use the audit log which is automatically provided from the GRC system. In the audit log you can see users, approvers, etc.

For access requests you can find the audit log Access Management > Search Request > Audit Log.

Does this help?

Hi Banzer,

Is there any possibility to change the details in the audit log?

We can see  GRAC_MANAGER/GRAC_SECURITY in the audit log, but our requirement is to displsy the description mentioned in the MSMP.

Thanks,

Sriram

Dear Sriram,

I don't think so. In the Instance Status log you can also see the stage description as you are looking for.

Thnaks Banzer.

If we compare the audit log/request status of GRC 5.3, it is more user friendly.

Kindly suggest is there any possibility to customize the user friendly logs/request status.

Sriram
