Contract Discounts not reflecting on Shopping Cart

Hi All,

Generally in Contract --> Item --> Conditions, we enter discounts. These discounted item prices should be reflected when we create shopping cart with reference to that contract.

In our case, even if we enter this discount at contract level then it is not reflecting on shopping cart. Can anybody guide me with SAP note applicable for this functionality? Also if there is any custom development required then do let me know, I will make changes accordingly.

Further details related to this:-

Currently we are using SRM 7.0 with EHP3. Deployment scenario is Extended Classic. So contracts are created in SRM system (Not replicated in ECC) and further used in source of supply.

I tried placing custom code in CHANGE_BADI of shopping cart but still it is not working properly.

Please suggest as it is quite urgent.
