SAP GRC HR trigger and BRF+ Rule

Dear all.

I have implemented the HR trigger as per indications in the guides:

So i have implemented the typical scenario for new employers and user. That is to say, every time i fill the infotype 0105 and the subtype 0001 with a User ID, then the HR systems sends the data to GRC that interprets this as new user and creates a new request.

However this scenario has a little "bug". All employers that are being filling with this field int HR are being created into the ECC. Even those users that have not assigned positions with roles mapped. So at the end there are users that are being created into the ECC without roles.

My question is how could i restrict that only users, with position that have roles mapped, must be created? i wouldn't like to create users without roles.
