Hello Friends,
Can ony guide me how can we integrate any ticketing tool to GRC Access request module?
Idea is :After submitting the request in GRC a ticket should be created automatically in ticketing tool.

i have also same requirement in GRC 10.0, is it possible to integration with ticketing tool in GRC 10.

In that case, I think you need to play with default SAP code and modify to meet your business requirements.
