Fire Fighter Log review workflow issue

Hi Friends,

We have configured the standard Fire Fighter Log review workflow.

It is working perfectly when FireFighter Controller approves log. However, When FireFighter Controller wants to send it back to FF id requestor for additional information, it is throwing error "An error occured during the processing".

Please let me know if anyone has any idea about this.

Hello,

Please check in MSMP and modify task settings.

You may get the info you required.

ensure forward allowed check box is ticked and reroute is also ticked.

Does your requestor exists in GRC system? I mean does his UserID created in GRC system?

does anything show in the SLG1 logs?

SLG1 is not showing anything.

FF controller can approve it without any error when he clicks on Submit button, but when clicks on "Additional information" button and after entering the comments the error is appearing.

request status is showing as pending.

Hi Hari,

Are you using Centralized or De-centralized approach?

For centralized user should be there in GRC system and not required in target system.

If it is de-centralized user need to exist in target system and not in GRC system

Additional information works like FORWARD WITH RETURN. So, request goes to user and if the user doesn't exist in GRC system it fails.
