Launch Solution Manager in other browser rather than IE.

Hi,

When I run the sm_workcenter transaction from SAP GUI the solution manager is getting loaded in Internet Explorer. I want it to be launched on other browser like Mozilla or Chrome. Do I need to do any other settings?

Software/Hardware used:

Solution Manager, SAP

If I use the url in IE and paste it in different browser I am getting an error..

Hi Sujitha,

If you have workcenter roles

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC +

other roles like SAP_SMWORK_IMPL to view the implementation and upgrade tab etc

you can view them in firefox

Hi,

You need to change the default browser configuration in the system. Solution Manager launches sm_workcenter in the browser which is designated as default browser. you can run this on firefox or chrome with no issues.
