Workflow email to provide task link so can be click directly to access Task assigned.

Hi there

Currently, we have a cproject structure which has predefined phase and task. Currently, when the project manager assigned the resource and release the task, and email workflow is triggered to the respective individual with the link clickable the task listing dashboard.

As shown in the attach pictures

Is it possible to open the task directly via the web link.?

Hi Kannan,

Yes, it is possible. When you use standard workflow for sending an email after task is released, the email contains the link of the task assigned and assigned person will be able to access that link.

One more question, Are you using NWBC or enterprise portal?

Currently we are linking to the task list, we will change accordingly.

We have some process approval for this change and let you know once it is done.. Thanks for the help.
