Impact analysis of Non leading ledger when fiscal year is different

Dear SAP Expert

We are doing the roll out implementation of global company in India,. I would like to  know  the impact analysis if we use non leading ledger  with different fiscal year

Global Company fiscal  year    Jan to Dec

India Company Fiscal year     Apr to March

Clarification:

1 What is impact on MM/SD Module

2 How to manage  Accounting Document Number range?

3 What would be impact on Asset accounting and year end closing

4 what would be impact on  controlling module

5 what would be impact on year end closing like balance carry forward etc

Please give your  valuable input on the above points
