ChaRM,UI Field to be populated by Default

HI Folks,

Can I make Change Advisory Board field to be populated automatically when CR is saved ?

If so, how ?

I am using Solman 7.1, SP11.

Hi,

you  could do this by maintaining the relationships properly  linked to  the SOLD to  PARTY .

Hence when the user enters the SOLD TO  PARTY  ,  the other related relations like  CAB, CM etc populate automatically.

Go to transaction BP  and then find the business Partner number for  the sold to  party for your solution.  Then towards right you could  see an option RELATIONSHIPS and there you  need to  maintain the relationships .This would  solve your issue .

Hi Sweetha,

I know that we can find relationship tab in Partner function also, but wondering what values do I need to specify there in relationship tab, to get Partner- CAB get values by default as soon as I select certain Sold to Party?

Anyways, as of now I have disabled editing of CAB field.

Hi  Ankit ,

You  could maintain relationships as per below:

                                              

With  this once the requestor enters the SOLD to  PARTY , the other details can POP UP automatically.  Try this and of it helps give me points else let me know.
