Due Date rules - SAP Social Services

Hi Experts,

There is a scenario where a citizen is entitled to receive payments from a social program over 24 months. The payment milestones will be at the 4th, 6th, 12th and 24th month.

Since the payment frequency is not constant (it is 4 months for the 1st payment, 2 months for the second payment and so on), how will a single due date rule accommodate these different payment frequency for the same program (same SXP type)?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

Anwesha.

Hi Anwesha,

There may be two options:

1. Create different social service plans based on the required decision period and keep the due date as end of period. This way, you will be able to have the payment at the end of that decision period.

2. Use the BADI provided by SAP to determine or set the due date dynamically.
