Date fixed orders moving

Hi,

Very urgent issue:

I fixed some operations of  process orders in the planning board. But it is chnaging the dates or times of the date fixed operations while executing normal heuristic run (SAP_PP_002). But the date fixed indicator are not removed.

What could be the reason for the issue?

Hi,

We are converting the planned orders to process orders in ECC.

And all the date fixed orders which already starts in the past and are in progress have the issue of moving the operation date and time.

I think as per standard SAP, date fixed operations cant be moved even if they are starting in the past.

What could be the reason please?

Hi Prasanth,

I doubt if heuristic will plan process orders. however I am assuming you are talking about planned orders.

In that case this note will definitely help.

After fixing the operations in the planning board, save and adopt the change in the active version.

We are seeing the issue very often.

We have downtimes maitained in the connected resources, but not sure whether that could be a reason?
