Reversal of Return Delivery Created without reference

Delivery Document type : ZRL0- PGR done with movt type 653 for 1st line item & ZJX (meant to Samples & Demons) for 2nd line item.

The said OBD has to be reversed, unable to do reversal through vl09 txn getting error as "Material received with movement type ZJX cannot be reversed". Kindly suggest a solution to reverse this OBD.

Any other possible way to reverse, business has created this transaction mistakenly now they want to undo it

         If you are unable to Revers the delivery through VL09 then try  VL02N  Enter Delivery & delete it probably this might help .

i added the txn vl09 as an allowable txn  in ZJ9 movement type and tried reversal it happened.

Hi smitha,

As Rohit stated, you have to check in OMJJ for your movement type, whether reversal movement is added or not

take 653 as reference and do necessary changes

Please Go to OMJJ T-Code

Select Movement Type

Enter ZJX

Click Reversal/follow-on movement types

Check whether reversal Movement type is maintained for 'ZJX'

i have checked up OMJJ reversal movement type ZJ9 is mentioned with type of posting 2 - Reversal(qty cannot be entered; gener.of matchcode)

Still not working out through VL09

Hi Smitha,

Maintain Transaction VL09 for ZJ9 in the discussed path.

Then check.

As you have defined ZJ9 as the reversal of ZJX

VL09 Transaction should be allowed for Movement type ZJ9.

Please correct and test.
