Issue with Charm import

We have a scenario,where we have a global development system ,In which TR is created and TOC are moved to subsequent zonal development,quality ,preprod  and after that TR get released to import into Production system.

We are facing issue in TOC not getting automatically added to the import queue of pre production system.

(we had already checked if we create a normal Transport request ,outside charm ,after importing to quality system it is getting automatically added to pre -prod. we also created a new Test project but use our old transaction type ZMMJ and we are facing the same issue,)

Kindly share what we need to check ,any RFC ,transaction type etc. to identify and fix the issue.

Hi Mr.Sahoo,

Transport of Copies (TOCs) are not designed to move to Pre Prod. Their lifecycle ends at the QAS system itself. You need to import original TRs to Pre Prod not the TOCs.

Normal change TOC action trigger up to QAS, once TOC is imported in QAS it will automatically delet from the queue.
