Test Management - Only workcenter or CRM Web Client UI

Hi

Is Test Management only available as a workcenter in Solman? Is it available in CRM Web Client UI?

I know you can link tests in CRM Web Client (ie. to a Change Document)....but is this all you can do in CRM Web Client UI?

We are using a full CRM Web Client setup for Change Management (ChaRM) and users are no longer using Workcenter at all. It would be a shame if they had to use Workcenter purely for the Test Management side of things.

Hi Shaun,

the main screen for everyone should be workcenter because it is only one transaction code solman_workcenter/ or URL and from here you can navigate to CRM Web UI in incident/Change workcenter

CRM Web UI only covers ITSM area with ChaRM

it doesn't cover Project management/Test Management/Technical Monitoring/Data Volume Management etc etc which are covered in Workcenter only.
