Is it possible to create translation worklists in a 2004S environment and get the translation to work if the model is deployed/backported to 2004?? I'd like to know since our portal is running on 2004 and I have a 2004S development portal with 2004S especially set up to create VC models.
All that exists of the VC models on the 2004 portal are the jar files uploaded via the system administration->support interface. Do these jar files include the translations, and if so will these translations actually work on the 2004 environment??

Yes, as far as I know there should be no problem.
Of course you need to create the translations first (with worklists). You can find the full package then under the Visual Composer folder (I didn't look it up).
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Did the translation directly in my 2004 environment. Worked like a charm.
