Hello Friends,
I just need to understand, do we have any app for Create Purchase Requisition. When I was going through help.sap.com, I found out the app called Purchase Requisition Item.
Is Purchase Requisition item is different from Create PR.
Can you please let me know on the above.
Can we also use One login id being used by multiple people at same time for any Create app. Is there any license fee for User id.
Regards,
S.Srikanth

Hi Srikanth,
Please add the link or navigation path to help.sap where you found the app mentioned. It will make it much easier for people to be able to answer your question.
Thanks, Mike

I wanted to know whether Create Purchase Requisition & Purchase Requisition Item are same or different.
And, also with regard to one user used by multiple people. What I wanted to ask is, if One common user id created for a team and if they access parallely at same time, then what will happen. Will it get locked ?

Hi Srikanth,
There is no standard app for creating Purchase Requisition.
SAP Fiori My Shopping Cart app is available in the standard. It work with SRM but you can install SRM on ERP.
You can also develop a custom app.

Hi,
These are 2 different Fiori Apps as shown below:

Also please find the link to search all apps for given criteria:
Thx,

What do you mean by PR? Is it Purchase Requisition? Then you have the app.
Find a catalog of FIori apps here.

In Prod, two people cannot use same user ID. It is against SAP's user license.
