warning message in MB21 details screen does let save

Hi,

We have standard warning message setting for error message m7 181 on date only xxx available but when we go to detail screen and click save it  gives warning messsage and then no matter what we click it keep giving warning message

Only when we hit enter it saves the document.looks like the detail screen code doesnt clear the warning message so it wont allow to save.

Any help will be highly appreciated

Hi Shail,

The behavior you are describing is correct for warning messages, once raised, the enter button needs to be hit to acknowlege the message. With regards to customizing this error message, can you review the note 523507 (FAQ: Customizing for inventory management)

Yes you are correct its a standard behaviour I have to train user to use enter button in order to acknowledge the warning message and post the reservation.
