There is nothing with JCO 2.1

in service.sap.com/connectors -> Java Connector.

Please provide me the exact sequence to get the download.

According to the SAP Connectors page I see only version 2.1 support ended.

This could be the reason only release 3.0 is available to download.

Please note that the maintenance and support periods for all SAP JCo versions prior to release 3.0 already ended:
    The maintenance and support for SAP JCo 1.1 ended on December 31, 2003.
    The maintenance and support for SAP JCo 2.0 ended on December 31, 2008.
    The maintenance and support for SAP JCo 2.1 ended on March 31, 2013.

Hello,

The same note specifies:

SAP JCo 2.1 is capable of communicating with AS ABAP and R/3 backend systems from release 3.1I up to release 7.31.
The support for JCo 2.1 is restricted to communication scenarios with AS ABAP or R/3 backend systems being in maintenance status only.

This is why I was expecting a way to download the jco 2.1...

I believe you are referring to the SAP note 549268 - SAP JCo 2.x release and support strategy

According to that note "In order to get SAP support it is required to migrate all JCo applications and use the successor version SAP Java Connector 3.0 Standalone. For further information on the SAP JCo 3.0 release and support strategy please refer to the separate SAP note 1077727"

I believe you will need to use release 3.0

But I was able to locate the 2.1 release under
