Using the favourites function you can hide in the drop down menu when selecting person resp - this is not perfect to what is needed but a useful workaround

Hi,

In continuation to this post from where Shishir and Saurabh has left. I would rather suggest to use validation, in case if you are feeling insecure about wrong person responsible person being picked up through CJ20N.

I hope this also makes some sense.

Hi Amit,

Yes, it will work for in case user want to restrict that responsible person for being maintained against a WBS/Project Def.

But here Ritu wants to hide some particular person responsible , if someone brows the list.

Hi shishir,

I know it is not possible to hide while browsing. I was suggesting other way round solution.

Hi, No blocking is not possible.

It should not show few entries in CJ20N -> Person Responsible

In this case, it's better to delete those entries from OPS6. (It is not preferable for those field values which you have already used in CJ20N)

PS: It's always better to have intelligent users rather than intelligent numbers.

Hi,

I don't think, its possible in our standard system. Either you can see all values or null.

Also let other experts comment on this.
