Wrong Display on Icon

Hello,

we have installed and configured the "Approve Shopping Cart" app. The app works correctly but the following is displayed on the app.+

Someone faced the same problem?

Hi Ralph,

Tile numbers will come from the count of the workitem , from the Workflow inbox (SBWP).

Check your tile configuration, where Tile count is configured. It will be scenario definition config.

If your configuration is correct, then this is UI issue. You will need a correction Note for this.

• 1934199 - Approve shopping cart app tile shows zero count even when there are carts pending for approval

Provide your UIX01SRM version (latest is SP02) and GBSRM001 SP version (latest is SP08)
