Screen Personas Error : An unexpected behavior detected and disconnected

Hi,

I have configued SAP Screen Personas 2.0 SP 02 (Support package SAPK-20002INPERSOS) with kernal Release 740, SP59.

I could able to start the Personas screen and enter the login credentials, but after entering the login details, system is raising an error message popup

"An unexpected behavior has been detected and you have been disconnected - please log in again"

I have followed the steps mentioned in the configuration guide and ,still I am getting the same error.  Error screen is getting refreshed (with the same popup) due to which I am not able to download the application troubleshooting information.

Kindly guide me whether I am missing any futher configurations.

I have http maintained but still getting same error. How does target host in sm55 tcode looks like? do you have http there too?

Hi,

Yes

Issue was resolved by specifying the communication protocol (http)  along-with URL mentioned in IMG configuration node Maintain systems-> System Settings.

  Kindly implement the following
notes to resolve this issue.

- Note 2026487: Personas Client
(Silverlight): Cumulative note that contains all fixes until 4-Jun-2014

- Note 2016378: Personas Backend
(ABAP): Correction for the issue when connecting to target system: PERSOS 200
SP02 & PERSOS 100 SP04

- Make sure that the above notes status is 'Completed' (not "In Process”)

- Make sure that Kernel is upgraded as given in the prerequisites section of the above notes

Hi Mohan,

Thanks for the feedback.

I implemented the notes.  Still the problem persists.   In fact the initial screen is getting refreshed in the browser with the same error again and again &  I am not even able to download the logs being generated by the error

I would suggest to open an OSS message under component BC-PER-RT-SIL and get SAP support to check this issue in your system.
