Import error

Hi Experts,

When i try to import records using MDIS, updation of a record got failed. When i checked in reports i could see the error as

"Import failed. You may not update records when key mapping is in effect"

Can any one tell me what kind of error it is? how this can be rectified?

Hi Vinoth,

Please check if keys you are importing for remote systems are duplicate or not.

Two different records with same remote systems can't have same remote keys.
