When we will use BPM in a scenario?.

Why we use BPM?.

If we can do same scenario without using BPM, is it better?.

hI,

with BPM XI makes it possible to implement processes and message handling in a single unified interface.

BPM is an integral facility of the XI including Design,Configuration and Runtime components.

When to use BPM:

1.Control the msgs in XI

2.collect the msgs in XI

3.Split the msgs in XI

4.send an alert.

Just try to access the link:

When you need to collect messages in XI , perfrom multiple validations etc/

better?.

Yes. BPM's come with a slight perfromance over head and so they should be avoided as much as possible.

Take a look at this blog for some very good guidelines on when to use BPM's and when not to,

Hi,

yes!!

>>>>When we will use BPM in a scenario?.

if we cannot do something without a BPM :

we want to collect messages into one message

we want to send something to R3 and then get a response in an asynchronous way (we use correlation in BPM)

Hi,

you can specify that a message which will come to XI

let's say a purchaes order will get connected to a BPM instance

(which is already running) which is waiting for that particular PO number

if another PO number will come it can go to another BPM instance

which is also waiting for one
