How to replicate MASS PO Update from ECC to SRM for Service and Limit POs?

Hi all

In the current project we are currently on SRM 7.02 in ECS. We are looking to perform Mass update of POs, however we are aware that this functionality is not standard in SRM.

Using Transaction MASS, for goods we can close old POs in mass by having the checkbox "Delivery Complete" in SAP ECC checked. This is turn is replicated to SRM by having the "No Further Confirmation" synchonised to "Yes".

However, for Services / Limit POs, the "Delivery Complete" checkbox in SAP ECC seems to be missing. Does anyone know how to enable this functionality (Delivery Complete) in ECC or know how to perform Mass PO Closure/Update for Service/Limit POs?

Any other ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Zayd,

Shouldn't you be considering setting the block or deletion indicator on the PO lines if they are to be closed. Another option is to set a date on the Latest GR date in the delivery tab of the PO which will stop any further GR's to be posted.

Thanks for your input. However, we have already considered the above but not optimum for ECS with a few issues, including reporting capabilities.

We have found a couple of options that we are now looking into including the "final invoice" for the old POs, e.g 2011 ...

Hi Zayd,

Maybe you can develop a program for mass PO update. Just set "No Further Confirmation" in PO item to "Yes" and replicate the change to SAP with function module BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC. You will find that you are not able to create service entry in ML81N.
