Dear SRM Experts,
The new vendor is registered as a potential supplier in ROS system and accepted in Supplier Pre-selection area. The same potential supplier is used by the purchaser in bidding process by transferring from the preselect catalog id. Once the tendering process is finalized, and the bidder value to converted to a purchase order or contract, how to convert the same bidder as supplier in SRM and transfer to ECC for creating a Purchase order for the same vendor master. How to map the business partner of the supplier in both the system is equal.
Kindly suggest the possible standard process flow to convert SRM bidder to ECC supplier during order creation.
Thanks in Advance,
Ramprakash N
Dear Ramprakash,
In ROS there is a standard functionality which helps in transfering the potential supplier from the sus to ecc system .It will create a backend vendor in ecc system.
As once you have accepted the supplier after that you can transfer the bidder via idocs in the ecc system.
Where as there is no standard functionality where you can transfer the bidder from srm to ecc.
Kindly let me know in case of any issues.
Regards,
Rahul

Ram,
There is no standard way to create a ECC supplier from an SRM business partner.
This will be a manual process.
Once you create a ECC supplier, the mapping can be accomplished (again manually) via the "Supplier Data" tab in "Manage Business Partner" view on the portal.
