Text Format in Mail Templates

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement , wherein I need to make certain word in my custom mail template( palin text) as bold or underline( or both) , I tried Mail template Macros FORMAT for this but it didnt work , If anyone knows how can we achieve this please share.

Hi Vishal,

Please try below format, so that it may work.

FORMAT("b", "Title:") %TOKEN1%
FORMAT("b", "Posted By:") %TOKEN2%

LINK("View Full Message", "%LINK123%")

The above mentioned will work only when HTML Mail option is selected on the user account level under Account properties.

Please let me know if the issue still exists.

Hi Rajshekhar,

Thanks for the helpful information regarding FORMAT in mail templates.

I have also tried it and worked.

But I have one requirement that is I want some space between Title and %TOKEN1%.

I have used   html tag but it is not helping.

I have given spaces between Title and %TOKEN1% in mail template itself but it is not considering.

Can you please help me if you have any idea on how to get space between Title and %TOKEN1%.
