Getting Error in Mozilla FireFox: Sorry, your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro!

Hi ,

I am getting Error "Sorry, your browser/program is not supported by Web Dynpro! " for Preproduction Environment when using Firefox.

Where as I am not getting this error  for Production  Environment when using Firefox.

can any one please help on the issue .

This error I am getting only for Preproduction environment,rest all environment is working fine with same browser i.e. Mozilla Firefox.

Well, check if the version of browser (maybe also plugins), system, operating system are really the same.

which version of Firefox do you have? And which operating system do you use?

But I think you can't do nothing except the changing the browser.

By the way, are you programming that Web Dynpro or are you just trying to use it?

I have Firefox 3.25 version 30 & Windows 7 operating system.

Try to check this document and use PAM (Product Availability Matrix) to check for the compatibility of your SAP system with the browser.

If you are only the user of the Web Dynpro you would have probably no other choice than change the browser.
