Hi,
Received error in Communication channel monitoring.
But the error disappeared after a few minutes.
Checked Logs and Traces in Nwa.........Error found was:
Sender channel: directory does not exist.
A similar error had occurred for other communication channels too during the same time frame
around 5mins after this error occurred.
But later the interface ran successfully without any errors. No changes were made.
Kindly suggest the cause of this error.
Thanks & Regards,
Vinit Deshmukh.
Hi Vinit,
This has happend to me on multiple clients. The cause was because of the network dropping suddenly or the connection that was bad.
The channel cannot find the directory because the connection has been lost and needs to be fixed before it can find it.
That was our root cause. Hope this helps.

Hi Vinit
Are you using NFS protocol in your communication channel?
If yes then this error can occur if the directory which is being polled by your channel gets un-mounted.
As your basis guy to check if there was any issues with the directory.
