Message types

Hi,

message types are not appeared in Commercial invoice in GTS

i have checked the messages in control seeting for communication process and assiged manually in master data --> define rules of output determination

Please see the below screen,

please let me know have any idea about this issue

Did you maintain Output determination for the right legal regulation?

Legal regulation in your document should be the same for which you have maintained the setups. Please confirm.

When you defined rules for output determination, you will have to provide a legal regulation and procedure for defaulting data. Please check for which legal regulation and procedure you maintained the data and see if the same legal regulation is used in your declaration.

If its the same and still you don't see the message determined, there could be something missing in the control settings for communication processes. Please get back with screenshots of the message type maintained in the communication processes.
