Hello APO experts,
We use SAP APO Demand Planning .
Our planners use Note management functionality to enter the notes for various purposes. (Like, in a particular month if we need to increase the Forecast because there is a project going on in that particular month , they enter the Note so that they will know what is going on why the Forecast was high at that time etc..)
When applying Notes to an item/plant , the planner needs to be able to apply at the aggregate level . Like, All items in a Plant (OR) All locations stocking a specific material . Is it possible to achieve this requirement?

Hi Swathi,
I did a simple check & this seems to be working as default.
You need to check it with your set up & let us know if unable to do.
Just try to add notes at aggregate level & save.
PS: We are using SCM7.0

As I said, there is no additional setup/config needed & basic DP functionality. Pl. go through this Link.
Like you see at individual item level , same can be done at aggregated level & you can try in your dev system.
