Block Vendor master in ECC when SPL hit is positive in GTS

Hi All,

Is there a way to block Vendor Master in ECC when it is found in positive SPL list.

Once SPL screening is done for a vendor in GTS and if it is found in Block list, how can I block the vendor in ECC.

Will really appreciate your suggestions on the same.

Hi Amit,

I don't think we have a standard functionality. You will have to implement a custom program which will trigger an RFC to GTS and check the status of your business partners. If blocked in GTS, should block your vendor in ECC.

I agree with Dhilipan. Please note that the SPL in GTS could be a false positive or insufficient match so you need to be cautious about blocking it in ECC as the vendor may not be a legitimate SPL.

Secondly, if you have synchronous check active, the BP is screened and in the user-exit (in GTS) you must send an update back to ECC. All this sounds complicated.
