Project snapshot

Hi,

I'm trying to create a snapshot of a project. I think the customizing should be ok, but when I try to create a new snapshot I get two error messages, one saying the version cannot be found and another saying I'm not authorized to create.

Is there any specific role I need to assign to my user to be alloed to create versions? In ERP I have SAP_All, but there might of course be something I have forgotten to assign in PPM.

Below the customizing done to Permitted Version Numbers. I have tried with both Local and Global.

Hi Lars,

Please refer to the below thread where I have answered this question.

And as far as authorisation is concerned, it should not be a problem if you have SAP_ALL. if SAP_ALL profile is not assigned to user, then ensure that  authorisation object ' CPRO_VSHDR' is assigned to user with activity 01,02 & 03.

This should probably solve my problem. I just need to get my head around how to find the different configuration settings in 6.0. There seems to be some differences between 5.0 and 6.0.
