EAM log review workflow status is not getting updated.
After controller approval it still shows running (decision pending) and not moving to complete status. We are using standard FF log report workflow without any customization in it.
No errors found in WF debug log and in SLG1
We are on SP 13 and so note below is not applicable.
Ideally it should be like user should get error on submit or else should get submit grayed out rather than allowing reviewer to complete the action and then put request in running status.
if possible please raise it to SAP so they can correct it and other will benefit.
