Execution of mapping failed: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError

Hi Experts,

The scenario is asynchronous proxy->file via local processing. Some messages encountered below error which I couldn't replicate. When I resent the messages, they were processed successfully and all other succeeding messages have no problem as well.

I checked the message mapping in ESR and there's no error whatsoever.

Just want to know if someone else has encountered the same problem and know the root cause.

Hi Mark,

Looking at the error, it seems there is a temporary network glitch between PI server and SLD to access exchange profile information. Please check with your BASIS/Network team

What is sld type for your PI system? Local/Remote

It might also be a cache issue. please check the CPA cache status.

Try full cache refresh if it is a test system.
