Solution manager 7.1 SP04 dump

Dear Experts,

I am getting follwing abap dump after configuring managed system in Solution manager.

I have already implemented SAP central note for Solman 7.1 SPS 04. Please suggest me how to resolve this issue as i am getting morethan 5000 dumps a day.

Background job 'CCMS_BI_SETUP' has been runnig for more than 1 hour. Do you have any idea how long will it take to complete. Abap dump has stopped just after running the background job.

yes I can find status in SM50 & SM66.
