How to delete deployed Web Dynpro applications from Portal admin

Please let us know how to delete deployed Web Dynpro applications

Hi Gangadharayya Hiremath,

Open Visual Administrator

Go to server and then services

Select Web Dynpro applications

Stop the applications you want to remove

Undeploy the applications

Pressing the 'Remove' button will remove the application.

Remove is like undeploy.

There is another way (through 'remote GUI') to undeploy applications but as far as I know the action has the same effect like 'remove' from visual admin...

Under services I am not able to see Web Dynpro applications link itself.

Hi All,

I am facing one issue while stopping deployed application in Visual Admin. Visual Admin got hanged when i stopped the application. After restarting the Visual Admin, i found that the application is in stop icon status instead of either tick or cross symbol.

Also because of this am not able to remove the deployed application.

I have restarted the server and tried still facing same issue.

Please help me on this.
