Description-Text missing after Releasechange to 7.1

Hello

we just made a releaseupgrade to SM 7.1sp10

Unfortunately the Functionality to open a ticket from connected systems

with the Function under "Help/ Create Support Message" looses the Description-Text.

in the Development-system this works fine, but in Production the text-types SU99 and SUSD

are not saved.

I debugged so far in  SUP_STSUP_NOTIFICATION_CREATE and the texts are transferred, but

the crm-Object does not save them.

Using transaction notif_create the description is saved.

Any ideas?

Hello

Issue is solved. The technical User needed the additional Authorization-object CRM_TXT_ID with correct values. Very deep in the save-prepar Methods this is checked, and if missing, the text is just discarded without any protocol or message....
