Hello,

I created a new page format(for ex.g.::X_PORT--144 rows & 48 columns) and assign it to the default printer.Now when i give the print command of any report or document while selecting this new page format printer prints blank pages.

What will i have to do..??

Please help me into this regard.

Hello JUNAID

if you print with device type SAPWIN, the creation of the print
data is done by the Windows. Here the SAP only has a limited
possibility to set a page format. Note 21738 contains a list
of page formats, which are available on this way.

Because your page format is a customer-specific format, the
SAP sends no information about the page format to the Windows.
So the Windows uses its default page format, which are set
in Windows in the properties of the Windows printer.
