Hi
While accessing my server in internet through ITS. I am getting the following error
error :" Install the latest GUI "
I am having the latest GUI for the system which i am connecting through ITS.
I am using ITS version of 6.20
So what can be the Solution for it ? Any can please solve my query ?
The relevant SAP note is 905135:
Short text: ITS 6.20 logon to system with 7.0 kernel not possible
Symptom
You want to carry out a logon to a SAP NetWeaver 2004s system by using a
standalone ITS 6.20 system. The system rejects the logon. The system
either issues a message prompting you to use the latest SAP GUI version
or the message "Unsupported backend release".
Other terms
Unsupported backend release
Reason and Prerequisites
Solution
Logons of the standalone ITS 6.20 system to SAP NetWeaver 2004s systems
are no longer supported. Instead, use the integrated ITS of SAP
NetWeaver 2004s. For additional information, see the SAP Service
Marketplace under http://service.sap.com/pam as well as Notes 325616,
709038 and 197746.

Hi,
this has - of course - nothing to do with the SAPGui for Windows/Java
you have installed on your PC.
You are trying to connect to a backend system with a WebAS release
of 7.00, right? The ITS 6.20 is not compatible to WebAS > 6.40, as the
SAPGui for Windows Release 6.20 too.
The solution is to use the internal ITS of your WebAS. It is already there
best regards
Tobias
