We are having our invoices to be duplicating the docket numbers and charging the customer twice..!!
has any1 got any idea why its doign this?? please tell me...

customer is being charged twise because of the duplication...
duplication means billing number?material?quantity?ponumber of ref docs?duplicate business data of material?
