Hello All , I am trying to connect SMP 3.0 server but i am getting error like Requesting Public Key from Server Communications error (14) Connection failed Ending transmission and i also checked with url as per my knowledge its working fine because i am getting message like I am here . I am using below Url . https://Kunal-jit:8082/MobileNorthwind Message : I am here But i think might be SSL certificate issue because its running with red cross. Can you guide ? how to solve ? Proceed anyway or back to safety if click on Proceed anyway then i can able to open admin. Can you please guide why this SSl error is coming here also ? and How to solve it ? If you are getting errors connecting to the Management cockpit using the FQDN of the certificate then chances are you still need to install the certificate on the machine. The SMP 3.0 installation creates the certificate but you still need to install it. Double click on the smp_crt.cer and install to the Trusted Root Authorities Store and then try connecitng to the url in the browser and see if the certificate error is resolved.

So based on logs it looks good . but when i try to run URL : https://Kunal-Jit:8081/MobileNorthwind I am getting SSL Connection error (I also followed steps provided by last post). ATE : Communication error 14

But when i try to run client url then only i am getting SSL error. and also not able to connect from ATE end up with communication error 14 Can you please guide for it ? Because as per my knowledge while installing 8081 is only using but I want to make sure . Because i could't find on logs or server or agentry files . Can you please guide ? How can i check it ? I am facing a similar issue . I have deployed the Service Manager 4.1 application in SMP 3.0.
In the WPF client when I am connecting to server it gives me the below error
Requesting public key from server
Communication error (14)
Connection Failed
ending transmission
In the client I am giving the computer host name ( Assuming the way the server name is provided is same as 2.3) and hence I am not able to connect.
Can you please suggest me how can I solve this issue. Also I have been trying to get the document on how to deploy the application in SAP management cockpit , even I could not find in the install-upgrade section . Can you please help me in this regards
