ATP and complete delivery

Hi,

We want to prompt the ATP check to take account of the
Complete delivery flag and a give a confirmed date of longest lead time item.

Example:

Sales Order for material A: 90000

Item 1: available today

Item 2: available 3 weeks

Item 3 available 1 week

Ideally we want the ATP check to recognise the complete
delivery flag and set all 3 items as available to Item 2 (as the long lead time
item) and confirm.

Can this be configured

On entry of the Sales Order by using the delivery group for all 3 items will it give a ATP date of the longest lead time item ??

It is not the delivery side I am concerned about but more the confirmatin of the Sales Order respecting either the complete delivery flag or as you mention a delivery group.

In your example, it would set availablity date for all items = availability date of item 2 as this is the furthest one in the future. We want to deliver as a group so if one item is not available for 3 weeks, then none of the other items are available for 3 weeks.

If yuo decide to use this functionality, then you may need to consider note 72688.

You should use the delivery group functionality.

In the shipping tab of the sales order, assign the same delivery group for the 3 items. This will ensure that the items are not confirmed (and hence not delivered) until the latest available item.

Hi Milton,

Requirement is not very clear, If you check the box of complete delivery then system wont allow you to create a delivery if all three materials are not ready.

Please clarify
