Route is not determined

Hello Gurus,

Route is not determined actually it determined with PO order type maintained in Header details of Sales order document in order type tab.

Could you please help me to know which is the table configured for this.

There is also a relatively recent bug in the system. This is corrected by note 1792225 so this should be applied on your system.

If you want to debug through it, set a breakpoint at function SD_ROUTE_DETERMINATION and then check why the select on table TROLZ fails.

However in short Route is determined automatically in the sales order based on:

1. Departure zone or country of the Delivering Plant
2. Destination zone or country of the Ship-to Party
3. Shipping condition from the Sold-to Party Customer master
4. Transportation group from Material Master

Tables are :

TVRO : Routes, TROLZ : Route Determination
