Can anyone help me to restrict attachments deletion in solman service desk and let me how to find the history for the same

Hi Kapil,
if you delete an attachment in a service desk ticket, you only delete the link between attachment and ticket. The attachment itself is still available in the content management.
I gues that is why there is no authorization check behind the deletion.
If you want to have this, here is the place where you can hide the delete button:
The corresponding UI component is GS_CM, View GS_CM/DocList, Context Node DOCLIST, Method GET_OCA_T_TABLE.
