Phase in / Out Issue

Hi All,

I have created Phase In/Out Profile. AP1 is phase out and AP2 is phase in SKU for same location.

Still I am not getting forecast in AP2.

I am sharing screen shots below.

Please help.

Hi Hemant,

Based on the above reples from other members.Please check the settings.In case you still not able to generate the forecast.

Please follow the below link.Its a good document on Life Cycle Planning and its settings.

Dear Hemant,

i am not able to see ur attached images.

please follow this steps.

  1. Check the CVC’s if both
    products contain similar CVC’s no issue else creating Same CVCs for Both
    Products.
  2. Define
    Like Profile
  3. Assign
    Life Cycle model
  4. Create
    Object selection in DP planning Area

  v.     Run statistical forecast

   vi.    Checkresult in Planning book

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

CVC's, I have checked and as are below.

BrandCustomer NumberAPO LocationAPO Product
BR1CN1AL1AP1
BR1CN1AL1AP2

I have not run statistical forecast, so is it going to affect my result for Phase in SKU.

Also, Without taking run of statistics forecast, I did it for Like profile and it worked.

Please double click on screen shots to see those.

Please confirm.

for new product system will generate prop factor and stops for old product.

Hi Hemant,

While forecasting with Life Cycle Modelling, you can have a look on these steps as well:

1. Go to /sapapo/MC96B (Maintain forecast profile)

2. Give the following details:

     a. Planning Area

     b. Master Forecast Profile

     c. In 'Additional Settings' make sure that 'Lifecycle Planning Active' is checked.

     d. in 'Model selection', Life cycle profile for Univariate Forecast Model shud be maintained.
