Employee details not updated while Sales Order change in VBPA table

Dear Experts ,

I have been facing a issue regarding  Employee details not updated while Sales Order  change in VBPA table.

While creation of a sales order details of employee are visible in partner tab and in vbpa table,but  after changes make in sales order  apart of (employee details) the details of employee not reflected in partner tab as well as in vbpa table.

Table vbap shows log as deleted.

Report RSSCD100  shows log for change document but for employee partners

its shows deleted (D) in change indicator.
