Vendor Evaluation - SAP Standard questionnaire always displays in German

Hi,

All settings to pop up the event driven questionnaire are in place for event Confirmation. System is SRM 7 EHP2.

I can confirm in the survey cockpit BBP_EVAL_SURVEY that:

1) Questionnaire SRM_CONF1E is for English

2) Questionnaire SRM_CONF_1 is for German

Despite of creating a new survey ID and assigning SRM_CONF1E, the popup always displays the questionnaire in German.

OSS Note 1568126 did not resolve anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.

HI Sai,

Could you please advise if you have changed the language based on the note which you mentioned. Manual correction require language change.

Please do the necessary change and test it again.

Manually changing the DEFAULT logon language for the service worked like a charm.
