When you open a review - CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL

Hi experts!

I have CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL when you open the certain review. All other open correctly.

System wants to retrieve data from tables cgpl_task and cgpl_hierarchy. But no data on request.

PPM 5.0 is used only. The project is not used in system.

What could be wrong?
